Day 1 – October 6th
*7am – 8am | (Optional) Yoga on the Beach*
8am – 8:45am | Travel Time back to your hotel to prepare for Breakfast and Class
8:45am – 11am | Breakfast: Cafe 410 at the Ala Moana Hotel
11am – 11:30am | Class – Introductions
11:30am – 1pm | Module 1 – Long Pixie
1pm – 1:30pm | Lunch Break: Catered by Dada Cafe
1:30pm – 3pm | Module 2 – Short Pixie
3pm – 5pm | Free Time
5:30pm ~ 7:30/8pm | Dinner: House without a Key at Halekulani
Day 2 – October 7th**
8:45am – 10am | Breakfast: Cafe 410 at the Ala Moana Hotel
10am – 10:30am | Class – Introductions
10:30am – 12pm | Business
12pm – 12:30pm | Lunch Break: Catered by Dada Cafe
12:30pm – 2pm | Deep Dive
2pm – 3:30pm | Time to change and travel to the Hike location
3:30pm – 6pm | (Optional) Hike at Lighthouse Trail**
6pm – 7pm/7:30pm | Time to return to your hotel and get ready for dinner
7pm/7:30pm ~ ? | Dinner and Cocktails: House without a Key at Halekulani
*Yoga is optional but we look forward to having you join us for a morning of relaxation and mental focus to prepare us for our first day! Please make sure to bring clothes and shoes you will be comfortable in, and your favorite SPF as this will be an outdoor class. Mats will be provided by the instructor, and the class will be a slow flow, restorative-focused class, great for any experience level.
**Our hike on the Lighthouse Trail is also an optional activity. After a fantastic day of learning, we hope you will join us for some mindful movement with gorgeous views. This is an intermediate trail. We highly recommend wearing or bringing comfortable clothes/shoes and your SPF to class with you on this day so you can change and head to the starting point right after class!
