Look 1: Bouncy Blowout
Featured Products: Froth & Puff
For Marine’s first look, Anh began on damp hair with Monochromatic Froth Blowout Foam, applying it from roots to ends to create body, heat protection, and lasting hold. He followed with one pump of Milbon’s Brilliant Polishing Oil through the mid-lengths and ends for softness and shine before blow-drying.
Once her hair was dry, Anh used a 1.5-inch Marcel iron to curl her hair in sections and pinned them up in curlers. Once set, he removed the pins and brushed through her hair with a wide-tooth comb for soft, loose curls. To finish, he massaged Puff Finishing Paste into the roots to create an airy cushion and effortless lift before sealing the style with Flex Memory Hairspray 7 to preserve movement with flexible hold.
The result was a soft, bouncy blowout filled with natural volume and effortless texture.
Look 2: Romantic French Twist
Featured Products: Puff & Velvet
Next, Anh transformed her blowout into a romantic French twist.
To build texture in the hair before pinning, he first worked Puff Finishing Paste throughout the hair to build cushion and grip, then lightly misted in Weightless Dry Texture Spray 4 for additional texture and control.
After shaping the French twist, Anh finished the style with Flex Memory Hairspray 7 to refine the surface. Lastly, he applied Velvet Texturizing Cream to define the face-framing pieces and add a natural sheen through her ends.
The finished style balanced softness, structure, and effortless movement.
Look 3: Sleek Ponytail
Featured Products: Froth & Velvet
For the final look, Anh transformed the French twist into a polished ponytail.
He started by brushing Froth Blowout Foam into the roots with a fine-tooth comb to smooth the surface for a sleek ponytail. He then gathered the hair into the pony.
To soften the finished style, Anh applied Velvet Texturizing Cream through the ponytail’s length to add hydration and natural movement. A final mist of Flex Memory Hairspray 7 locked everything into place while keeping the finish touchable.
The result was a sleek ponytail that felt soft, elegant, and full of natural movement.
Final Thoughts
From voluminous blowouts to romantic updos and sleek ponytails, the Monochromatic Collection is designed to be versatile and adapt to every stage of styling. By layering the lightweight products with intention, Anh creates looks that feel modern, touchable, and tailored to each style.
As Anh says, “I hope you find your own way of using the collection. There is no wrong way.”
