Kristina x Tom Ford: Paris Fashion Week

For Paris Fashion Week, Kristina stepped out in a soft, effortless ponytail that paired perfectly with her powerful Tom Ford suit. The final look was undeniably modern. Here’s how Anh created her hairstyle from start to finish:

1. Prepping the Hair

On damp hair, Anh first applied Monochromatic Froth Blowout Foam on each section for body and longevity. He then added Milbon’s Anti-Frizz Humidity Blocking Oil from the mid-lengths to ends to provide moisture while protecting her hair from humidity. Rich in five botanical oils, this leave-in oil is an essential for a spring evening in Paris.

Anh then used the ATO Boar Bristle Round Brush No.7 to create a smooth blowout. He followed it with the smaller ATO Round Brush No.4 on her face-framing pieces for a controlled, polished hairline.

2. Creating the Ponytail

With her blowout complete, Anh then separated the front sections and gathered the remaining hair from the back into a low ponytail. He then smoothed any flyaways with Milbon’s Flex Memory Hold Hairspray 7.

To elevate the look, Anh installed a wrap-around extension to create extra volume and length to her ponytail and secured it with bobby pins. He then refined the surface to tame frizz and flyways with another mist of the Flex Memory Hold Hairspray 7.

3. Adding Texture and Detail

To bring dimension to her effortless style, Anh curled the ponytail using a 1.25” curling iron, and then used Milbon’s Weightless Dry Texture Spray 4 to incorporate airy movement, texture, and fullness to the hair’s shape.

Anh returned to her front pieces and styled them with a slight bend using the 1.25” curling iron. He then brought some of the face-framing pieces back and pinned them around the ponytail.

4. Finishing the Look

To seal the entire look in place, Anh lightly misted the Flex Memory Hold Hairspray 7 and Milbon’s Firm Hold Shielding Hairspray 10 to control flyaways and shield her hair against humidity for a long-lasting style.

The Final Result? A soft, touchable ponytail that complemented her Tom Ford look, commanding attention from every angle.
