Rei Ami x Off-White: Paris Fashion Week Hair Look Breakdown
For the Off-White FW26 Show at Paris Fashion Week, Anh Co Tran styled Rei Ami with textured waves that felt effortlessly cool. Here’s how Anh created her look from start to finish.
1. Prepping the Hair
Anh began her style with a smooth blowout. First, to prep the hair from heat, Anh applied generous amounts of Milbon&’s Monochromatic Froth Blowout Foam on damp hair to enhance smoothness and for style longevity. He then added Milbon’s Brilliant Polishing Oil to the lengths and ends for lightweight shine.
Anh then moved onto the blow dry to give her a smooth blowout, setting the foundation to add textured waves. Once dry, Anh directed the bangs downward and refined her bangs with a blunt finish to give extra texture and ensure even length to her cut.
2. Creating the Waves
Using a 1.25” curling iron, Anh created Combo Waves by alternating between his signature Nu Wave and Lived-In Wave techniques. By varying the wave patterns and directions, it built more complex movement and texture to the overall style.
3. Adding Texture
To amplify the effortless texture of the look, Anh applied generous amounts of Milbon’s Weightless Dry Texture Spray 4 throughout the hair for grit and body. This step gave the style its signature lived-in feel.
4. Setting the Look
To maintain flexibility while keeping the style intact, Anh sealed the look with a mist of Milbon’s Flex Memory Hairspray 7.
He then refined the finish by smoothing any lingering flyaways with Milbon’s Firm Hold Shielding Hairspray 10, ensuring the final style stayed polished and controlled throughout the show.
The Result
An effortless combination of blunt bangs and textured waves. Rei’s final look perfectly captured the cool energy of the Off-White runway at Paris Fashion Week.
