Anh Co Tran makes a retro shag more modern with his Soft Undercut technique. Face framing layers are perfect for summertime. Get the loo, prep the hair with milbon waving cream, then blow dry smooth with a Dyson & Ibiza brush (or similar). Wave the hair with a 1.25 inch marcel iron using Anh’s Lived in Wave technique. Finish with dry texture spray from Milbon.
