Nothing like a shaggy soft OVERCUT styled with Lived in waves to get you ready for summertime.  Anh Co Tran uses his soft overcut technique to create this retro summer vibe. Replicate the look by prepping the hair with milbon bodifying oil. Next, blow dry smooth using your dyson & Ibiza brush (or similar). Creative lived in waves using a marcel iron and finish it off with wave defining cream from milbon.
