Bring these colorful strands to the next level with a Parallel Undercut by Anh Co Tran. Any multi-colored hair needs dimension to highlight the colors. Get the look, start by prepping the hair with milbon luminous bodifying oil, adding much needed shine. Next blow dry smooth with a Dyson & Ibiza brush (or comparable). Wave the hair using 1.5 inch marcel iron alternating Lived in and NuWave. Finish with dry texture spray from milbon.
