Ejae x Audemars Piguet: Paris Fashion Week Look Breakdown
Ejae stepped out looking elegant for Audemars Piguet’s new jewelry collection launch during Paris Fashion Week. Anh Co Tran styled her with a romantic updo and soft, face-framing pieces. Read more to discover how he created her look for the event.
The Foundation
Anh began by evenly applying a palmful of Monochromatic Froth Blowout Foam throughout the hair for grit and structure. He then blow-dried the hair to prime it for the style.
Building Volume
Next, Anh sectioned her hair around the crown and teased it to create volume. He placed 22-inch clip-in extensions facing upward to build additional lift and fullness.
He then gathered the bottom half of the hair into a ponytail, leaving out a mohawk section through the top. Anh curled the ends of the ponytail with a 1.25-inch curling iron, then sprayed Milbon’s Flex Memory Hairspray 7 all over to smooth flyaways.
Creating the Updo
Working through the ponytail, Anh twisted and pinned the hair into individual loops, shaping them into a soft bun at the top of the head. Returning to the top section, he separated the bangs and set those pieces aside. He curled the remaining hair with a 1.25-inch curling iron and pinned it back into the bun.
Adding Face Framing
To finish the look, Anh curled Ejae’s face-framing pieces away from the face, leaving the bangs soft and separated from the updo. He finished with another mist of Milbon’s Flex Memory Hairspray 7 to seal the style and keep the details in place.
The final result was a soft, voluminous updo with texture and loose face-framing curls. Ejae looked effortlessly glamorous as she attended the Audemars Piguet event during Paris Fashion Week.
