Anh Co Tran creates this Parisian French Bob on the ever inspired Nora using his Soft Undercut  technique. Get the look, prep the hair with milbon anti frizz oil. Next, blow dry with dyson & Ibiza brush. Wave the hair using 1.25 inch marcel iron using Anh’s NuWave process. Finish with wave defining cream from milbon.
