Anh styled Selena Gomez’s hair for her recent feature for the cover of Emmy Magazine! She and her fellow cast members talk about their roles for Season 2 in the hit Hulu comedy series ‘Only Murders in the Building’. Selena and Anh decided on a classic “Lived-in” look for her feature.

Here’s a quick look breakdown!

STEP 1

On damp hair, spray a bit of Weightless Replenishing Mist.

STEP 2

Use 1 pump of Humidity Blocking Oil on the ends to make sure that the ends of the hair are protected.

STEP 3

Smooth the hair out straight with a blow dryer and a round brush.

STEP 4

Take your 1.50 in Pro Marcel Iron and begin creating “Lived-in” waves, starting from the front and working your way around the entire head.

PRO TIP: Take one inch sections and start by placing your iron at the base of the hair and wrap keeping the curl at the base. Keep the ends out for a more lived in look. Slowly release the curl while tapping the iron through the ends to polish the hair. Alternate the waves in different directions for a more beachy look!

STEP 5

Establish a deep side part in the hair.

STEP 6

Finish the look off with the Strong Hold Hairspray 7 to lock every strand into place.
