THE CLASSIC 90’S BLOWOUT

One trend specifically that has been making a comeback in the hair community is the classic 90s blowout. It’s a simple yet elegant hairstyle that’s extremely flattering!
Here’s how to create this iconic hairstyle
Step 1
Start out by spraying Milbon’s Weightless Replenishing Mist on damp hair.
