the VARIETY Young Hollywood event came about to not only empower the new generation of talent in hollywood but to commemorate all of their achievements as well!

Minnie mills was one of the many emerging young talents in attendance! Minnie is a rising actress most known for her role as Shayla in the Amazon T.v. Series ‘The Summer I turned pretty’.

Anh had the opportunity to complete minnie’s look by creating a “Wet” twisted Bun for this event!

STEP 1

Start out with damp hair and begin spraying the Weightless Replenishing Mist all over.

STEP 2

Disperse about a full palm size of the Wave Enhancing Mousse 4 and begin working it throughout the hair.

STEP 3

In order to create the illusion of wetness, take the Wet Shine Gel 5 and use about two quarter sizes and run the gel through the roots and ends of the hair.

STEP 4

Take about a quarter size of the Molding Wax 7 and then run it through, all over the hair.

STEP 5

Diffuse the hair until it’s about 50% dry and then pull the hair into a mid-high ponytail.

STEP 6

Twist the hair into a bun, then secure the look with bobby-pins.

STEP 7

Spray the hair with the Strong Hold Hairspray 7 to keep the hair in place and to ensure that the look stays “wet”.
