Emma Watson for the Oscars

Emma Watson has firmly established herself as a legendary actress with unrivaled talent and an impressive ever-growing career that speaks for itself.

From her memorable roles in Harry Potter and Beauty and the Beast to her Academy Award-nominated performance in Little Women, Emma Watson is truly a force to be reckoned with.

Anh had the lovely opportunity to style her hair for this year’s Vanity Fair Oscar Party. The two decided on a “Lived-in” grunge deep side part.

Follow along to know how to recreate Emma’s iconic look!

Step 1

Spray about 10 pumps of Milbon’s Weightless Replenishing Mist on damp hair. The goal is to protect the hair against heat, detangle it with ease, and boost the hair’s shine.

Step 2

To enhance the texture of the look, spray a bit of Milbon’s Texturizing Sea Mist 3 from roots to ends. 

Step 3

Prep the hair with Milbon’s Vitalizing Dimension Primer to boost the hair’s elasticity while safeguarding it against heat. 

Step 4

Rough dry and smooth out the hair.

Step 5

Establish a side part.

now on to styling!

Step 6

With a 1.5-inch Pro Marcel Iron, start waving the hair using Anh’s “combo” waves method. Start from the nape and work your way up to the crown. 

Step 7

Working on the side of the head with less hair, twist, tuck, and bobby pin the hair back to accentuate the side part.

Step 8

Spray Milbon’s Dry Texturizing Spray 4 from roots to ends to add a bit more grit and texture.

Step 9

For added wave definition, use a bit of Milbon’s Wave Enhancing Mousse 4.

Step 10

Finish off the look with Milbon’s Strong Hold Hairspray 7 to lock every strand in place.
